Who Am I?

Hello!  I would like to introduce myself.  Six years ago, I became a first-time mom to twin boys.  My husband and I waited 12 long years for our little miracles, who are about to graduate from kindergarten in a few days.  I am an author, poet, and blogger, as well as a full-time working wife and mother.  

I started my blog because I love to write and I love to encourage others.  My heart for this blog is to encourage other moms by sharing my own experiences (the good, the bad, and the ugly), along with the many lessons I’ve learned and continue to learn through the different seasons of motherhood.

Being a mom is one of the greatest adventures in the whole world, but it is also filled with many challenges.  The various stages of motherhood take us down countless roads and through many different seasons.  I would love to share this journey with you.  Join me for encouragement, funny stories, crafts, and much more!

I’d like to share with you

Exactly who I am.

I’m a follower of Christ.

He’s the Shepherd, I’m His lamb.

 

I’m a chosen child of God.

I am precious in His sight,

And in this cold dark world,

I’m a courier of His light.

 

I am His wonderful creation,

The apple of His eye,

Servant to His will,

One who lifts His name on high.

 

I am chosen for His kingdom,

Striving to run the race,

Unashamed to speak His name,

Seeker of His face.

 

I’m a recipient of His grace,

Vessel in which He’s poured,

Joint heir with Christ,

Beloved child of the Lord.
